We at DTAC place the highest level of importance on the safety and health of our clients, their families, and our staff. We continue to work hard to maneuver effectively through the ever-changing environment surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our goal is to ensure that our clients continue to receive outstanding mental health services while keeping them and our staff safe. The pandemic has both contributed to and exacerbated the mental health crisis in this nation, and we are acutely aware of the great need for supportive and effective mental health treatment especially now.
We understand that during this time, providing a safe and compassionate environment comes in many shapes and forms. Being adaptable in how we deliver services has allowed us to continue care throughout this pandemic with little to no interruption. Whether we are taking care of your child at one of our sites, at their school, in your home, or in the community, you can expect that all CDC recommended safety measures are in place. You can also expect to see all of our staff in masks at all times and each DTAC site employing the proper systems to maintain social distancing.
We maintain a high level of flexibility when it comes to scheduling interviews/visits, we will either implement it remotely via a video or teleconference session or in person depending on the circumstance.
In the event that face to face visits are temporarily suspended across the organization due to the risk of the virus, all visits will be conducted via video or teleconferencing sessions. We understand the incredible need for in-person care for your loved ones and will do our best to enable this while it is safe to do so. We have consistently based our decisions on government guidance and will continue to do so throughout this trying time.
We continue to monitor the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic and ensure we are making the best decisions that assure the continued provision of outstanding mental health services while keeping our clients and our staff safe.
